Brand voice, narrative strategy, and the work of scaling without losing what made people care to begin with.
Chloe builds brand communications strategies for companies at inflection points (that precious moment between cult favorite and something bigger).
She leads brand communications for Salt & Straw, a founder-led ice cream company scaling nationally across 50+ shops. She owns the brand's narrative and content strategy, leads go-to-market for campaigns and partnerships, manages social and copy creation, and produces experiential moments nationwide. She's the keeper of Salt & Straw's voice, and builds the editorial frameworks, crisis protocols, and storytelling infrastructure protecting the brand as it grows.
That work shows up in Salt & Straw's first-ever social strategy, which accelerated audience growth 290% YoY, and in campaigns like the launch of the Tacolate (the brand's first ice cream novelty, created in collaboration with Taco Bell) where translating product innovation and cultural partnership into story drove national resonance.
Before Salt & Straw, she led brand strategy at Wildfang during a full-scale rebrand and served as senior producer for a 48-hour Drag-A-Thon that broke the Guinness World Record for World's Longest Drag Show, raising over $300K for The Trevor Project. Earlier, she shaped social and influencer strategy during the early growth years at BrĂ¼Mate.
